We want you to receive your art on time and in perfect condition, for that reason we require the courier to obtain a signature upon delivery when shipping our products. 

 

Shipping Options for anywhere in the US

Standard 5-10 business days for $35 

Express 3-4 business days for $85

Priority 1-2 business days for $150

These shipping timeframes are estimates based on the information provided by our shipping service through UPS, they are not a guarantee as we cannot control their ability to deliver in a timely manner. You will receive an email with tracking information once your product has shipped, which you can use to track your package. Generally, packages will be sent through UPS, but might also be sent through FedEx or USPS.

Return and refund policy

For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 30 days of the date you receive the product, and we will offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and the following products are not eligible for return: any items that have been altered or damaged by the customer.
